Social Media Bubble?

This idea of "bubbles" isn't foreign to us as Americans, but I heard a new one this week and resinated with me to the core of my business being.

On the ground floor with businesses of all types, I've seen almost no real return by investing in Social Media. That isn't to say there are no winners. I just haven't seen any big winners first hand. 

The Educated Buyer

The internet has changed everything. The sales experience was once controlled by the seller. Now the buyer is armed with millions of reports, polls, websites and consumer opinions. The buyer is as educated as the seller, and often times, even more so. From a traditional sales perceptive there are basically three approaches:
